Good morning everyone. I guess I'll be the first to post a comment. To be honest, I didn't understand the article or the story behind its creation enough to agree or disagree with it. If anyone feels that he/she can enlighten me in any way, I would greatly appreciate it and I'd be happy to respond accordingly.
I agree with this article! College is expensive enough as it is, and making the price of books, which are REQUIRED, is dumb! I have 2 loans right now just to pay for this year, and this is only my second year of college! There are people out there that just cant afford to go to school and if the cost keeps going up so will the number of unemploymnt! Not to mention the fact that most every colleg student is going to be in so much debt when they graduate they are going to have to have a good job or else they will have bad credit for the rest of their life!
Hey everyone. I agree all the way that college is too too too expensive. I took a loan out for one semester and by the end of that semester it had doubled by interest. I could not beleive it when I saw how much it was. I have many family members that are either still paying off their school loans or just payed them off. One aunt of mine took ten years to pay off her loan and that was years ago when tuition was not as expensive as now. How long will it take for our generation to pay off a loan? I don't want to think about it. I agree with Sierra about the books. Too high!!! I think it's down right crazy.
